Pre-Order
What does Pre-Order mean?
You may have noticed that some items are only available for pre-order. You can find the shipping date of your purchase on the product information and also in your email confirmation.

What happens if I have ordered an item that is currently available for shipping alongside a pre-ordered item?
All your items will arrive at the same time and we will send them together with the pre-order item.
You can find the shipping date of your purchase on the product information and also in your email confirmation.
Shipping items together in one package rather than multiples helps us reduce our carbon footprint and become a more sustainable brand.

Will my shoes stretch?
Yes, after a few uses, your shoes will stretch ever so slightly as you break them in.
Do I need to wear socks?
You can wear these with, or without socks, whatever you prefer!
What material are used to make your shoes?
- Considering this, to make a water-friendly, lightweight and resistant pair of sneakers we need to work with:
- 77% recycled polyester in the spacers, because the fibers in the middle are impossible to make from recycled goods (at the moment)
- Upcycled 20% EVA in the Outsoles
- Non-toxic and solvent-free on the foam upper materials
- 100% Recycled strobel insole
- Eva mixed with Bloom algae on the insoles
- 100% recycled & recyclable packaging
- Additionally, we are Blue-sign partners.
How do I clean my shoes?
Cleaning your new shoes is easy!
1) Remove insoles and wash by hand (preferred method)
2) If necessary, you can wash the sneakers in the washing machine using a short cycle at 30º
3) Avoid softeners and do not bleach
4) Do not tumble dry
By following these instructions, you may prolong the lifetime of the sneakers.
Can I remove the insole?
Yes, you can remove the insole and insert your own.
What is the difference between Monsoon and Canyon?
The main difference is the design! The Canyon models have a bit more reinforcement on the top end of the shoe, so more suitable for hikes for example. While the Monsoon is just a bit lighter and more suitable for water activities. They are both lightweight, odorless and quick drying.
What are the main differences between Canyon and Jungle?
There are quite a few differences, such as improved water and odor resistant treatments, and new flat sprint laces. There is also a new counter shape, which is a soft yet stable shape that hold your sides and the inner heel with the correct strain that will make you forget you’re wearing shoes. It’s super comfortable, and new heel reinforcement, which provides excellent soft and stiff reinforcement. Jungle also has a thermo-shaped and seamless lining that reduces the the layers of materials, which works to reduce absorption and weight, and making it super breathable!
Exchanges and Returns
Exchanges and Returns
You will have 30 days from the delivery date to request an exchange or a refund. We need the item(s) to be in an unused condition, in their original state and packaging.
Exchanges: We offer free exchanges for all countries within 30 days from the point of delivery. We will provide you with a prepaid postage label for your return during the process. If you need to change the shipping address for your exchange order, please reach out to us at support@tropicfeel.com before submitting your request.
Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a refund within 30 days from the point of delivery. We will provide you with a postage label for your return during the process.

Please note that this amount will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Should I get an exchange or refund?
Just so you know... we are able to process exchanges much quicker than refunds. As soon as your exchange return is in transit to our warehouse, we can ship out your new selected product. However, with refund returns, we cannot begin to process the refund until we have received your return and the item has been inspected, which can take several days after receiving the product. There may also be an additional wait depending on your banks processing times.
Can I request an exchange?
Sure! You can change it for whatever you need.
Another product, another size or another color from the same category. Choose whatever you want and change it for something that suits you better. Just remember you have 30 days from the point of delivery!
It’s fast & super easy! During the process you will be able to change and generate your new order in less than 1 minute.
Please note that we can provide one prepaid return/exchange label per order. A second exchange/return is possible but Tropicfeel will not cover the cost. Please contact our team at support@tropicfeel.com to proceed manually.

Can I request a refund?
Yes, we can refund your order value and provide you with a prepaid shipping label within 30 days from the point of delivery. Returns have a fee for the list below.*

How does the return process work?
1. Log into our return portal with your order number and email address.
2. Select your products to be exchanged and select the reason of the request.
3. Prepare your package to be sent to us.
- Print your return label and attach it to the outside of your package. We encourage to reuse the original shipping box.
- Include the Delivery Note in the package.
4. Drop off your package, following the instructions, using the label provided.

Can I get a refund for my Digital Gift Card?
No, the Digital Gift Card is non refundable. Please take extra care that you select the correct amount when purchasing your gift card.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive tracking link via email. You can also track your orders in your personal account in this website.
What's your Shipping Policy?
If our shipping carrier attempts delivery to you and the package returns to our warehouse (either because you’re not there, the wrong address was provided or you moved without notifying us) it will be the buyer’s responsibility to pay the shipping fee again to reship the order. When you receive your tracking number, please keep an eye out for the package.
Who is responsible for International Import, Duty, VAT, & Customs Fees?
Customers who purchase orders outside of the European Union, in some cases, customs fees can be charged and it is the buyers responsibility to pay for any Import, Duty, VAT and Customs Fees that may apply for shipping to their country.
We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

What is your commitment to sustainability?
At Tropicfeel, we don't consider sustainability a tool for marketing, but rather an important responsibility, which we work towards improving every day. We activate the power of collaboration to challenge the fashion industry, leveraging crowdfunding platforms as a route to streamline our production processes and create timeless designs.
We work with nominated suppliers that can offer us traceability at each step of the production process, building relationships based on quality and transparency, and our external agency B.COME measures the impacts behind the products we produce and consume. We have also partnered with Cosmo and Bloom to use recycled and eco materials in our travel gear.
Additionally, we offset 100% of our carbon emissions to operate as a carbon-neutral business with 1% for the Planet organization.
