Identification of the organizer of the contest
The organizing entity of this contest is the company The Tropicfeel S.L (hereinafter “Tropicfeel” or “the Organizer”), with registered office at Calle Pujades, 60, 1º, 08005, Barcelona and C.I.F B-66961095. Tropicfeel makes available to participants the conditions that will govern the contest called "Tropicfeel" (hereinafter, the "Contest"), in which they can participate through Instagram.
Territorial scope of the promotion and temporal scope
This contest will be valid worldwide, and it will start on the 23th of July and it will end on the 29th of August at 23:59 hours. Users who participate outside these dates will not be able to take part in the contest.
Tropicfeel reserves the right to postpone, extend, suspend, cancel or modify the duration of the Contest at any time prior to its end, for justified reasons that will be published in the communication channels, or any social media profiles owned by the Organizer.
Conditions of participation
In order to participate in the Contest, the following requirements must be met, any user who does not comply with these will not be able to take part in the Contest:
- Being a natural person.
- Be older than eighteen (18) years.
- Participation in the contest is completely free, without any additional cost or charge associated with participating in it.
The Organizer reserves the right to not admit or expel as a participant any user who prevents or hinders in any way the smooth running of the contest and / or in any case carries out actions that may be considered abusive, contrary to good faith and the principles of independence, impartiality and / or objectivity of the result of the Contest.
Contest Mechanics
The User to be able to participate in the contest must complete the form, and follow the instructions in it.

Contest prize and choice of the winning user
Any user who participates in this contest and meets all the requirements established in these legal bases, can apply for the following award:
- Tropicfeel will award the winner with 1.000€ to spend on a trip to any of the itineraries of the Go Local Campaign, and an Insurance by IATI Getaways for the duration of the trip. It’s mandatory that the winner spends the money in a
trip to one of the itineraries mentioned, he/she can go alone or share the price with who he/she wants. - Tropicfeel will give 50% of the price before the trip, and the other 50% when
the winner can prove he/she has made the trip. - The winner can choose any of the itineraries of the Go Local Campaign.
The prize may not be changed, altered or compensated at the request of the awarded participant. The winning user may renounce the prizes obtained, but in no case will an alternative prize be offered, nor will such relinquishment entitle them to compensation or compensation.
On 15th of September the winning user will be announced. Once the winning user has been selected, Tropicfeel will analyze that it meets all the necessary requirements and detailed in these legal bases to be able to access the contest.
If Tropicfeel does not receive a response from the Winning User within 48 hours of notification, or of rejecting the prize, it will be understood that said Winning User expressly waives the prize, and a new election will be carried out randomly to determine a new Winning User. In the event that the next classified does not answer within a new period of 48 hours from the communication of the prize, the Organizer reserves the right to decide what to do with it, and may even leave it deserted.
Fiscal obligations
All the pertinent fiscal provisions will be applied to the prizes of this contest according to current Spanish legislation.

The data provided by the participant will be shared with the companies also part of the Go Local Campaign, only for commercial purpose and won’t be shared with any third parties that the explained above.

The Organizer is not responsible for possible losses, deterioration, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties or the Internet that could affect participation in this contest.
Tropicfeel will not be responsible in case the winner misuses the prize or fails to comply with all the provisions of these legal bases.
