5. Price, payment method, discount codes, and Cashback

2. Crediting Cashback: Your cashback balance will be credited to your Tropic Wallet within approximately 24 to 36 hours after your order has been fulfilled.

If you choose not to create an account, your cashback will still be linked to the email address used for your purchase, allowing you to create an account at any time to access your cashback.

4. Converting Cashback to Discount Codes: Before you can use your cashback for your next purchase, you must convert your cashback balance into a discount code within your Tropic Wallet.

5. Minimum Order Value Requirement: In order to use a discount code, the discounted amount must represent a minimum of 15% of your total order value. For example, a 15€ discount code can be applied to a 100€ order. If this condition is not met, the discount code will not be valid.

6. Code Management: If you wish to cancel an existing discount code and create a new one, you can do so by visiting your Tropic Wallet and clicking the small "x" icon on the right-hand side of your discount code.

6. Information about Tropicfeel's products and services

Therefore, Tropicfeel declines any responsibility for the appearance of errors in such information, although it undertakes to take all measures within its power to correct the aforementioned errors or omissions as soon as possible after being informed of them.

 

7. Returns and right of withdrawal

In the event that the user is not satisfied with the products received in his order, the user, in accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, will have a period of thirty (30) calendar days to return the entire order or, if you prefer, you can return any of the products that make up the total order and all without penalty and without having to indicate the reasons.



However, the User will be responsible for the direct cost of return to Tropicfeel, whether he/she returns the order in its entirety or decides to return only some of the products in the order.

The return must be made through the Returns platform. Tropicfeel will indicate how to ship the order to its offices or warehouses.

 



Tropicfeel is not responsible for the courier company that the User hires for the return of the order. In this regard, Tropicfeel recommends the User to ask the courier company to provide proof of delivery once the courier has delivered the product to Tropicfeel's offices / stores, so that the User has proof that the product has been correctly delivered to Tropicfeel.



The costs of returning the order (such as shipping costs via courier companies) will be borne directly by the User.



The product must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and, if applicable, original documentation and accessories that accompany it. If this is not done by the User or if the product has suffered any damage, the User accepts that the product may suffer depreciation or that Tropicfeel may refuse the return.

Once Tropicfeel receives the order and verifies that it is in good condition, Tropicfeel will proceed to refund all amounts paid by the User. If the User decides to return the order in its entirety, Tropicfeel will refund the User all amounts paid (including the shipping costs of the purchase, not the return).



Tropicfeel will offer, instead of a refund, the possibility of sending a new product or the amount paid as a promotional code for future purchases. If the User only wishes to return one or some of the products that were part of the order, Tropicfeel will not be able to refund the shipping costs that the User has paid for the entire order.



Tropicfeel informs Users that the refund period will depend on the method of payment used by the User to purchase the product:

- If the User has made the payment by credit or debit card, Tropicfeel will refund the amount paid within 14 calendar days of the User's decision to terminate the contract.


- If the User paid by PAYPAL, Tropicfeel will refund the amount paid within 24-48 business hours after the User decided to terminate the contract. In any case, Tropicfeel will refund the amounts paid as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days from the date on which the User informed of his decision to withdraw from the contract.

 

8. Product exchange policy



In the event that the User wishes to exchange the product received, there will be 14 days from receipt of the order to formalize the return. 

The User will be responsible for the direct cost of return to Tropicfeel, whether he/she returns the order in its entirety or if he/she decides to return only some of the products in the order.

The return must be made through the Returns platform. Tropicfeel will indicate how to ship the order to its offices or warehouses.

The product must be unused and with all its original labels, packaging and, if applicable, documentation and accessories accompanying it.

If this is not done by the User or if the product has been damaged in any way, the User agrees that the product may suffer depreciation or that Tropicfeel may refuse the return.



Once Tropicfeel receives the order and verifies that it is in good condition, Tropicfeel will proceed to ship the desired product. If due to lack of stock, it is not possible to ship another product with the same characteristics, the User may choose between terminating the contract (i.e. refunding the amounts paid) or requesting the shipment of another model that the User voluntarily chooses.



The delivery of the product with identical characteristics or the new model of the User's choice, as appropriate, will take place within 5-7 working days from the date on which Tropicfeel confirms to the User the replacement of the defective product or the shipment of the new model. The shipment of the new model will not entail any additional costs for the User.
