RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Looking to make a return or exchange?

No problem! We’re here to help. It will only take a few minutes and you’ll be good to go. We just need your order number, and your email to proceed.

Items must be new and unused to be eligible for a return/exchange

Please only include items in the return package that are on the request. Items returned which are not on the request/the return label will not be automatically processed. We do not offer multiple returns from different orders under one shipping label.

Exchanges

We offer free exchange for all countries within 30 days from the point of delivery. We will provide you with a postage label for your return during the process. Please follow the instructions that we will provide you.

Remember that If you need to change the shipping address for your exchange order, please reach out to us at support@tropicfeel.com before submitting your request.

Please note that we can provide 1 pre-paid exchange label per order.

Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a refund within 30 days from the point of delivery. We can provide 1 partially paid return label per order.

Switzerland: 20€
AU, HK, AE, JP, SG, IL: 25€
