How to measure for a great fit
For the most accurate results, measure over a thin layer and keep the tape snug (not tight). Note: Flat measurements are taken on the garment, not on the body.
Body measurements
Chest/Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your armpits and across your shoulder blades. Keep the tape level all the way around.
Waist
Measure around your natural waist (the narrowest part of your torso). If you prefer, measure where your pants normally sit—just be consistent.
Garment measurements (flat)
Bottom Width
Lay the garment flat and smooth it out without stretching. Measure straight across the bottom hem from one side seam to the other.
Sleeve Length
Bend your arm slightly. Measure from the center back of your neck, across your shoulder, down to your wrist. (Tip: it’s easier with someone helping.)
